Whether you are at one of our theaters or using districtnorthlv.com, our policy is to protect the confidentiality of the individually identifiable information that you provide. Nevada Residents

The effect of your opt-out will be to prevent us from selling your information to third parties in exchange for financial consideration. Your opt-out will NOT affect the information we collect about you or use for District North’s own purposes.

Your Rights, Including Access, Deletion, and Opt-Out

You have the right to request that District North disclose to you what information it collects, uses, discloses, and sells. You also have the right to request that a business delete any personal information about you which the business has collected about you. District North will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your above rights. Please note, for your protection any request sent to District North to access, delete, or opt-out of the sale of your personal information will be subject to the following verification procedure: You will receive an e-mail from District North at the e-mail address provided by you on the request. You must confirm the request via the link in the verification e-mail. The confirmation link in the verification e-mail will be active for 14 days after which you must submit a new request We will respond to your access, delete or opt-out of sale request within 45 days of your confirmation of your request via the verification e-mail. We reserve the right to deny your request if we cannot verify your identify. Where we deny your request in whole or in part, we will endeavor to inform you of the denial, provide an explanation of our actions, and provide the reasons for the denial. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request to exercise your rights on your behalf. You and your authorized agent must be able to provide to District North proof that the agent has been authorized to act on your behalf.
